I've read a lot of bad reviews and we certainly have not had the same experience.\nWe have loved our stay so far, night two of a four night stay.\nReception staff have been lovely.\nOur bed is very comfortable and the room temperature is lovely and cool despite the 30° temperature outside.\nBreakfast was delicious with plenty of options.\nGreat location and would highly recommend this hotel to oth
Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were comfortable, and AC worked great. There was a little bit of noise during the night but it’s in a busy neighborhood of Madrid so that was expected—and the convenient location makes up for it anyway. Service was helpful and definitely make us feel welcome on our first trip to Spain.
Old and ugly hotel. The reception area is small and so poorly decorated that it seems like a cheap IBiS( I still have nightmares about 4 vases with dry flowers on the reception tables). Weird layout apparently because it consists of two old buildings separated by garage in the past. The breakfast room is small and ugly. There was construction and workers passing by as I ate.
