It was an extraordinary service! The concierge, sorry forgot his name, he was from Argentina, went out of his way to make our life easier. We needed a tube for an art work so we could bring it with us on the plane and he ran the errand for us. On another note, the room was always kept tidy and clean! The location of the hotel was great! We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was outstanding!
We loved the Hotel and ambience and wonderful decor. The concierge advice and help was brilliant and everyone made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended to friends who live locally. Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel Reception excellent. Rooms quiet and very well appointed - only problem was a small leak in shower door. Best wishes Jules
We loved the location of Urso Hotel, surrounded by very nice cafes, restaurants and a lively atmosphere. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
