We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. We made a mistake with our booking and they were very willing to help us out. The hotel is very clean. We got a beautiful and clean room. It was a short but enjoyable stay. In future we would stay here again! Thanks so much.
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and, in order to conserve resources, we chose not to request housekeeping during our stay. However, when I went to the front desk to ask for two coffee capsules, I was told I would be charged €3.\n\nI find this charge very unreasonable. It’s not about the amount—it’s about the principle. Clean and Morden designed room, friendly and very polite staffs. I give 5/5 for this hotel. Location is not in the central of the popular tourist destinations but still very convenient location with direct trains and buses to popular tourist destinations and train station, no need to change lines.
