Very nice hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the location is great. Not too noisy but still 30 minutes from clubs and 30 minutes from old ibiza makes it perfectly situated to do both. The rooms can be small, but they're not unreasonable and the balcony was usable and pleasant despite ours not having any view. A very central location right in the heart of Madrid. Walking distance to most things you're likely going to visit with magnificent parks just a small walk away. There is shopping and a metro right on the doorstep. No parking at the hotel although there is an agreement with a parking lot at a discounted rate.
