10/10 if I'm ever coming back to Madrid then its going to be here again, the location is amazing and close to everything really felt safe too. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfy and clean. Over all just the best service ever. Thank you Basic & chic dot. You are amazing !!
I been many times in Madrid and I must say , I’m very impressed of this hotel! The location is center and perfect, in between Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, the hotel is nice, modern, clean and the rooms spacious, soundproof and modern design, I had the chance to be upgraded to a room with terrace which blew my mind! Specially during summer, nice view it was definitely the best way to have a break f
Booked a last minute room here since our flight got cancelled but had a seamless transaction.\n\nGuy at the front desk checked us in and within minutes, we had our room and were able to drop off our luggage.\n\nLocation is central to everything so it’s super convenient to everything! Rooms are also clean but could be a bit noisy if you have the windows open.
