The hostel is in the centre, you just need a couple of minutes to be on Gran Via. The room is cleaned every day, sheets aren't changed but the bed is made, towels are changed. The cleaning crew isn't very thorough but not to the point of unsanitary. The mattress isn't very good and the streets are very noisy. But for the price and the location it's great !
The location is superb if you want to stay in the centre. Gran Via is just 2 min away and is located in a very liberal area.\nOur room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a superior room and it was very quiet.
Very core location at the Gran Via with reasonable price. Staffs are helpful. It is nearby a gay bar. Reception is located on 1st floor and rooms are dispensed to 1st or 2nd floor. If you are lucky enough, you just need to carry your luggage for 2 stairs by hand only.
