Absolutely Disgusting. Saw no one on reception for whole day and AC of the work wasn’t working. Small toilets extra small room and no one was there to assist.\nHighly unrecommended.

Great location in the city centre close to everywhere, very kind and helpful reception. We had a problem with the bathroom door, they fixed it directly. Also they served daily biscuits and coffee capsules in the room, for this price one of the best places to stay in for sure.

Good Price. The room was clean. And the receptionists were very friendly!\nAround 15 minutes walking from Gran Via.\nEarly in the morning you could hear the noises from other guests leaving their rooms and you could see the light arriving from under the door.\nI still recommend it!
