This is a step up from a hostel, but still a $100 cheaper than a regular hotel room. I'm giving them 5 stars because it was clean and inexpensive. Anyone who expects more than that, should spend the hundred dollars for a hotel room.
I stayed in this place for one night as my airbnb host cancelled last minute. The only good thing in this place in my experience was the staff - friendly, helpful and reacted in a fast way. However most of the rest was between mediocre and bad. First of all it was freezing cold and the bed doesn't have a duvet. It comes like in plain summer with a very thin duvet cover. We booked three nights at this place and had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and even if it was right next to the balcony, we could barely hear the people talking out there. The only bad aspect was that there was no lamp for the night stand and only two wall sockets, one of which was used by the TV.
