Great location in the heart of Madrid walking distance from Gran Via. Staff friendly and helpful with information. David at reception was great help with recommendations etc. Neg point: bathroom super tiny you feel like you are on the plane. Some noisy people around during early hours of the morning.
The location is good is near the center, the toilet is tiny. The issue here is dont book a taxi with them because when we check out I asked the reception to book us a taxi after that we reach in train station they charge us 50€ and its only 10mins drive from JC and the taxi driver he didn’t put the meter.. He told us is from hotel.. So guys remind you don’t book a taxi with them or asked first h
Extremely tiny room that ends before it even begins. Everything screams cheap inside the room ( the bed, blanket and something that looks like a pillow).
