It is a cheap hotel so set your expectations accordingly with what you pay. The double bed can't be called that and the and the semi transparent bathroom dor is not good.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. There's a free breakfast on the weekends, but we didn't wake up early enough to taste it. Complementary toothbrush, toothpaste and a comb (and soap of course) in the bathroom, but only one dispenser in the shower - no idea if it's a gel or shampoo or both, but wasn't a problem for us coming by car as we had our own toiletries with us. Private underground garage is 12 E

I had a good time at Julia hotel, the room was very comfy and super clean, the have toiletries, no blower included, breakfast is 7 euro, the location is far from the center of Madrid but there's a train station 12 minutes by walking or the bus 2 minutes by walking from the hotel.
