Hotel is right in the middle of Madrid, nevertheless it is absolutely not loud. Close to train and bus stations and various shops and restaurants. Our room was cleaned every day. Service and personnel were very nice and helpful.\nAs we stayed with a 5 year old child maybe the only thing we were missing is some playroom or anything for kids.\nBreakfast was good. Excellent location. There’s a few Zara at the doorstep. It can get quite noisy at night. Sleep was interrupted.\n\nService is average. No kettle in the room. You need to pay to rent one. Or you can go to the cafe to get some hot water and be subjected to quizzical looks by the staff.
