My stay lasted one night only. The lobby is lavishly and beautifully designed, which you can see when you enter the hotel. The room they gave me was ok in size and clean in every corner. And the bed was comfortable enough to have a good rest in a soundproof room. I had access to the lounge, which is adjacent to the hotel's restaurant. We stayed here three times, but it will be our last time. The hotel is just barely fulfilling the criteria of a Hyatt Regency and a luxury hotel in general.\n\nA few things that we didn’t like and are better elsewhere:\n- Rooms are not ideal with bad views, an uncomfortable bed, loud air conditioning and dusty spots. Sound insulation is nonexistent.\n- Service is minimal, with just one restaurant
I stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable – a solid 10! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh fruits, healthy food options, and a great selection of natural, diverse juices. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend!
