Deyanira Rojas served us for breakfast in the lounge was excellent. She is a five star. Our experience here outstanding. Definitely a five star hotel. I didn’t expect this kind of service. Luxury hotel with outstanding staff members. Next time in Madrid, I am going book this hotel again.

Had a great stay at Intercontinental Madrid. From the, doorman, front desk staff, and restaurant, all were friendy and helpful. The service was above expectations.
