Very nice hotel for our group of 32. The staff is VERY polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet is good and offers fresh fruits, juice, and coffee. This hotel is not on a main street. Our room was clean.\nMy only criticism is that the AC is weak.\nIf you're visiting Madrid, I recommend this hotel.
Great hotel. Although outside city centre, easily accessible as metro station is around the corner. Rooms are equipped with all the required necessities (of course excluding personal hygiene kit). Only thing I was missing was the toilet brush. Very strange why they didn't have that. Another issue was that the electric socket was placed too far from bed therefore I couldn't have my phone while layi
The lobby was nice and staff were very good. Location was very close to metro and easy to get downtown, though close to the airport the route was not that easy or fast. Biggest issue was very little space in the room beside the bed, no hand towels to use and most importantly NO AC (we were told it only works in the summer - not sure when that exactly is but the temperature was high and the room wa
