Lovely stay near the Madrid airport! Very friendly staff. Especially Monica, who served me both a drink at the bar and my dinner at the restaurant. The entire staff was very lovely and attentive at this hotel. Highly recommend for those needing a great place to do a little work and catch a good night sleep before an early international flight out of Madrid.
The swimming pool was simple but definitely nice as Madrid heat is horrible. Rooms were clean and everything is new so aesthetically, it looks great. The breakfast was also good. The Hatsy Restaurant is quite overpriced and the staff service was so slow and you need a lot of waiting time for your food and even to get the final bill. They also made an error with the bill and charged us for somethin
