We quite enjoyed this hotel and room. Everyone was friendly, they are truly pet-friendly, which means they accept all dogs, no matter their size, the breakfast was great. It seemed a bit far away from the city's main attractions but there are buses there so it is not a huge problem. We enjoyed how short stay very much.
We had our family vacation at the Ibis Styles Madrid City Lars Ventas hotel. We were staying with our 2 children, a baby and a 2 year old. The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the receptionist Ivan, who was extremely helpful, friendly and made our stay so wonderful.
