I recommend Travelodge Madrid Torrelaguna hotel 100% if you are looking for a budget option that is good value for money. It is in a quiet area on the fringes of Madrid city center, bus 53 which stops in front of the hotel brought us all the way to the "Sol" town center area.\n\nThe Hotel room size was decent, clean and well kept. the only thing missing was a safe but I did not ask for it either,
