This was a spur of the moment stay, and we got a good rate on the room. We were traveling so we were only in Madrid 2 nights. The room was nice with everything that we needed, comfortable and cool which is a must in Madrid. The staff were cordial and helpful, I would stay there again without hesitation.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I had booked a room that was supposed to be larger based on the description, especially since we were two guests. But when we arrived, the room was much smaller than expected. On top of that, the AC was making constant clicking noises, which was very disturbing.\n\nI requested to change the room due to these issues, but they moved us to
Fabulous and very central hotel. Made it so easy to move around and get to where we needed. Our room was quiet and beautifully appointed. Worth the cost for the convenience
