It was splendid — from the interior, to the comfort of the beds (both the king sized and the chaise), to the design of the bathroom.. it was brand new I understand but it also had an understated elegance and functionality\n\nTo top off our pleasant stay, Angie (? sorry we all missed out on her name) took us on a tour of the hotel’s facilities and humoured my 5yo boy with the gym.\n\nWe thoroughly
Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was disappointing. Despite prior communication and confirmation, the hotel changed its policy without notice. I specifically requested that my case be escalated to management, but it’s been over 10 days with no response from either the staff or the administration.\n\nI truly hope the team shifts its focus toward customer satisfaction, which is essential
