Comfortable and chic and the whole staff members are friendly and helpful.\nOnly 2 issues we had were 1. housekeeping should improve (for example they left an espresso cup full and didn’t change it or replace it with a new clean one) 2. Rooms are not properly sound proofed, and it can get very noisy at night.
Booked two family rooms. We were traveling with kids.. asked in advance to have connected or clise rooms. In One of the rooms bathroom there was a mold in the ceiling and floor. A pipe was sticking out from the floor. Not what you expected from a 5 star hotel. The hotel offer us a change with an extra cost! Or to be separated from the kids, which off course wasn’t an option. In the end, we agreed
Honestly I expected so much more from this hotel. It has a beautiful lobby and rooftop terrace but unfortunately it’s only open Fridays and Saturdays, even in June. So we didn’t get to enjoy it during our stay. We booked a junior suite and it was tiny, not even enough room for 2 suitcases. I had to squeeze by the wall to get to my side of the bed. The windows don’t open even if there is no danger
