A 4 star property, in the middle of the city, high price, what do you expect a good stay. Well the property is so old and it is renovated in bits and pieces. The pathway to rooms are so bad, the rooms are small, and the furnishings are old. The bathrooms are renovated but with no branded accessories, so they are shaky. For the price, this was not expected. Choose a better place.
The bedroom smelled like sewage, absolutely horrible smell the entire stay, and staff did nothing about it. The staff was completely dismissive overall, rude and unkind. I have been trying to request a partial refund because the stay was close to 2,000 Euros and they have refused to acknowledge any of my correspondence. It seems like they only choose to respond once the guests complain publicly. A
Amazing location, just a 1-minute walk to Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff were incredibly warm and kind, making our stay more enjoyable. The reception area was cozy, with a few seating spots, hot drinks, and even some games to pass the time. While the breakfast had plenty of options, it didn’t quite meet our expectations, though we still enjoyed it. The
