Great location with fantastic restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Apartment was well furnished and stocked with amazing views. Loved the roof top pool and deck. Only reason why I didn’t rate a 5, the place could have been cleaned a bit more according to my standard. Otherwise great hotel.
Fantastic location! Almost everything was within walking distance. The rooms were impeccable for a four star rental. We did run into some problems here and there at Gran Via but luckily their friendly staff were kind enough to attend to our needs almost immediately.
