Lovely hotel in the heart of Madrid.\nGreat rooms, splendid staircase, amazing service at the bar.\nHowever, they charged me 22 euros for a laundry bag without any previous warning/communication that there was a fee for using it. It is a normal laundry bag, granted made from recycled materials, and at our disposal in the closet, like in any other hotel.\nI would not have used it knowing it cost 22

We recently stayed three nights in a delux room\nWith breakfast. I had read positive reviews but everything exceeded my expectations, very comfortable room excellent shower. Bar superb as is the restaurant both for breakfast and the one time we ate on the night. Staff are very friendly and offer a brilliant level of service (big thanks to concierge Luis) Highly recommended
