The hotel is very chic and boutique-like. I recommend for a nice place to stay and the decor and the rooms were amazing. The staff there is very attentive and helped us with everything. 100% recommend if you're staying near the center of Madrid right next to the Grand Via. Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel.
