The hotel has a modern look and is well maintained. The restaurant has good opening hours and the staff in the restaurant are really friendly and answered all my questions. We were super surprised of the great value the hotel offers. We got a corner room, with such a stunning view in the bedroom and the bath room. WOOOOOOW. The beds were comfortable. We had also a very quick check in/ out. Didn't have any meals there. For us, the location was very good, since we stayed only for one night to depart from Madrid airport, so we were not in need to get to the city, shop o
The hotel is just a glorified bunker. I’ve never not had a mini fridge in a hotel room, and the only shower toiletry provided being a 3-in-1 hand wash, body wash, and shampoo was such a slap in the face as a traveler. The front desk worker had a very negative attitude, and the café staff shared that rudeness. They also don’t have a pool, which there were pictures posted of on the booking website.
