Overall, a nice place to stay. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The restaurant is great for dinner and the breakfast extremely good, the restaurant staff provided excellent service as did the staff at check in/check out. Sounds like a 4/5 review right? We quite enjoyed this hotel and room. Everyone was friendly, they are truly pet-friendly, which means they accept all dogs, no matter their size, the breakfast was great. It seemed a bit far away from the city's main attractions but there are buses there so it is not a huge problem. We enjoyed how short stay very much.
We had our family vacation at the Ibis Styles Madrid City Lars Ventas hotel. We were staying with our 2 children, a baby and a 2 year old. The staff was very nice and helpful.
