⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay – Not Worth 3 Stars\n\nI booked this hotel through American Airlines Hoteles and chose it because it was listed as a 3-star property on all platforms, including their own website. Unfortunately, the reality did not match the rating at all. The exterior wall facing the street is faded and neglected, making a bad first impression. Inside, the hotel is outdated, and in seriou

Great little hotel in the middle of Gran Vía. It’s definitely old-school — the rooms and furniture are straight out of the 90s — but everything was clean and well-kept.\n\nThe best part? The staff. Super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything.\n\nDon’t expect luxury or modern design, but for the price and location, it’s a total win. Would happily stay here again.

Three stars must have been awarded in 1998 because the hotel has clearly seen no maintenance since then.\nThe only saving grace is the proximity to Gran Via and the shops although get ready to not be able to sleep until 3am due the constant noise from both inside and outside the hotel.\nIt’s fine if you’re out partying and want a cheap place to rest your head for about 3 hours but it’s not family
