I stayed in May 2025 with a tour group. The hotel was great. Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Metro and the free bus #1 to the train station and art museums.\nThe staff were very helpful when I had a debilitating episode of vertigo on the morning of my departure. I stayed here expecting at least the basics, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was barely working. The room was unbearably hot, and I couldn’t sleep until 3 AM because of the heat. I reported the issue, but nothing was resolved during my stay. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to offer rooms without functioning AC, especially in this climate. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it
