We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, and touristic spots and has a casino attached. Breakfast is ordered off a menu with some buffet options including cheeses, deli meats, fresh juices, pastries. All eggs were cooked very softly regardless of style. Comfortable beds. Nice hotel right in Gran Via. Surprisingly the room is very well isolated and there is no noise despite being in a room facing Gran Via. Rooms are spacious and have good amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Stayed here November 2024. Very poor service, when we wanted to check-in at the proper check in time, we were told to come back because somebody is still in our room (like it is our problem) and told to come back one hour later. When we came an hour later, room was still not ready, I got upset und told us to get some complimentary drink at the bar, that was already a very bad impression from them.
