We were 6 people spend one night between flights. Clean and comfortable. Near to main Street alacala. Great service from the reception guy's: Mr. Pedro and Mr. Nacho. Will recommend.
This is the absolute best place we stayed in while we were in Madrid. We had a great room with everything we needed. We came in late in the evening, and there was someone waiting for us to greet us, knowing that we were exhausted and needing rest. I had letters to mail, and they helped me out with personal service. Disastrous, extremely noisy, you can hear every footstep in the other rooms and in the hallway, the chairs and stairs in the room make a lot of noise, the furniture is battered and torn, the coffee machine doesn't work, the reception doesn't know that parking was paid. You can't find any peace here.
