The hotel itself is nice and the rooms big and adequate but the location is a little far from Madrid. Center . . You can take the 150 bus ( 10 min walk ) which takes you directly to the center . It’s the last stop for 1.5 euro but can tale from 25 to 55 minutes . There’s a parking and breakfast buffet for a cost but worth it .
Stayed for 4 nights total. They refilled the drinking water in the room only once. One time i reached the hotel at night and found that they cleaned the room but did not refilled the drinking water or even the ones in the minibar, so i thought of calling the reception but couldnt find their number. I checked the directory which you can find after scanning the QR code in the keycard holder but the
Ok for business with a restaurant/ bar.\nDuring the day also the swimming pool with lifeguard is open. Massages only on request a day before and only on weekdays.
