The hotel has a really good location. The staff is friendly and attentive to all the needs.\nThey offered us a free early checkin because they had room available. Also, the offered complimentary water and drink every day, which comes in handy during Madrid's summer
Very nice hotel. Very kind staff. Very good service. The family room has a secret kitchenette that is very useful. It is arxa,walking distance from the metro station that can bring you right in the old centre of Madrid.
