The location of this hotel is excellent just a few steps from Puerta del sol. Despite the location in a crowd street we didn't have noisy in the room. The room is big if you compare to others in Europe. The beds are ok and they have a very good shower. I think the AC could be improved because it is not cooling enough with the heat wave we had 2 weeks ago. I didn't see a place to have breakfast

We stayed at this hotel just for one night in May 2023 and we chose it as it was quite affordable and the location. Check in was a bit slow as there was just one counter and a few people in front of us. We got room 104 and the room was decent in size.
