The hotel was generally good. The room was newer and more modern than it appeared in the photos. The cleanliness was satisfactory. However, in the morning, the staff chatted in the corridor for about half an hour and listened to something at a loud volume, which made it quite noisy. As a result, I had to wake up early. Great location close to metro station and just few stations away from the center or Atocha station, large and recently renovated rooms, great views from the 6-7 floors. Friendly staff. Conditioning working fine. The only disappointment was not having any eggs on the breakfast. And elevator smells with chemicals. For that price it is a very good value. Will stay there again.
Just arrived. The room is nice. The refrigerator doesn’t work. Reception said they will look at it in 3 days.\n\nThat might give a clue.\n\nLocal channels only in Spanish. No assistance or TV instruction to connect Netflix etc. In fact nothing in the room at all other than 2 glasses.\n\nPS: No apologies
