All good but a bit expensive for what it offers, besides being close to the airport. Rooms are indeed small.\nBUT, the atmosphere is quite cool, the staff is kind and smiles, the rooms are clean with bigger than usual shower, it is silent and air conditioning works properly.\nMoreover it is located in a good area for having a quick tapas before going to bed.
Fantastic hotel. I was almost reluctant to book due to a few bad reviews below but I took a chance and glad I did! Perfect location near the airport, cool lobby, great buffet breakfast, and lots of restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood, plus a large supermarket next to the hotel. I stayed the night before my flight out of Madrid and walked right out of hotel and 20 minutes to the airport ter
Diego and Raul both highly efficient and super friendly. Diego by phone initially so I decided to book and Raul at check-in and check out, poor guy. Comfortable hotel, I stay in a lot of ibis and this was a refreshing take on the functional simple lodging formula. Early departure so I cannot comment on breakfast.\nNot walking distance from the airport as warned by Diego.
