I had a very pleasant stay at the Icon Embassy in Madrid. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, which made me feel welcome right from the start. I stayed in a double room that was spacious, with a small balcony and nice amenities that made the stay comfortable. The hotel uses the guest elevator for maid services often taking a long time to get an elevator. The room had a leaky air conditioner which didn’t cool properly . Hallway noises are heard inside the room. The breakfast was also sub par. Would not consider this hotel. ICON wipton was a much better experience.

This hotel is great! Perfectly located, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is over the top nice. But the biggest compliments are for the reception staff, who always greet you with a smile, remember your name and offer any kind of support you could need. Thank you!
