I do not know and cannot understand, based on what criteria this is a 4 star hotel! I asked for a double room,i had two singles. As soon as i opened the door of the room there was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere and i do NOT smoke! The lights at the lobby are depressing. The room looked very...90s. On the plus side,the staff was very polite and helpful.

I was unpleasently surprised the photos do not correspond to the reality. The room was smelly, smelled old and not clean, the sheets smelled odd as well. The room was really small and the wall was cracked. It's close to the rail station so you can hear the trains passing. You can also hear very clearly how your neighbour takes a shower.
