Great location right in the heart of Madrid — just steps from Gran Vía and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value for its central position.\n\nThe staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. We had a great experience here. The best part was the bed which was huge and comfortable, more than enough for two people. Also, we were on the 6th floor which is the only floor with a big terrace. Breakfast was okay, pretty standard. Location of the hotel is perfect, few steps from gran via, but still the part where the hotel is it is very quiet. If I ever visit Madrid again I would book it again
Location is perfect , staff are nice but rooms are not clean , I had to go to the hospital because of bedbugs bites , terrible experience also breakfast has to be improved more
