Considering that the nightly rate is relatively expensive, I expect a much higher level of service, particularly because a reliable shuttle is one of the main reasons I choose a hotel near the airport.\n\nI sent multiple mess
Horrible experience. This is literally the worst hotel I have stayed at. Please skip.\nFirst the shuttle took forever to pass in Terminal 4. A lot of people were waiting for over 90 minutes. We were asking to all the Melia buses passing and none were taking us, they didn’t even bother to tell the hotel many people were waiting.
