We had a very bad experience with this Hotel Lavapies in Madrid during Easter weekend. When we arrived on Friday afternoon, the staff tried to scam us by saying that our transaction did not go through (we paid 6 weeks in advance) so they assumed that we won't show up, therefore they cancelled our reservation without our consent. They said it's a busy holy weekend so if we want to stay, we need to

THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!\nthere was a dead cockroach when i came, the janitor didn't even clean nothing!, spiders and bugs are every were! No wifi, Bad service, the tv is small! There is mole, the bath is so small that i bang my head, no space to put my things! And the janitor keeps talking and singing not cleaning, Room 15 is the worst! And don't stay in this hotel its dangerous!
