The room was clean and decent size. It's very centrally located which is great for getting around the city.\n\nWhile we couldn't hear noise from the street, it was still quite loud. Could hear doors from people coming and going and could hear the water pipes loudly when people in other rooms were showering etc. It was fine with ear plugs though. I came to Madrid for a 3 day shopping. The room wasn’t very cosy, but to come and crash after full day of walking- perfect. It’s literally 1 min from the shopping street, but at the same time because of my room was located on the fifth floor and facing in the yard (view on the wall, very bad!) I did not hear any noise and was able to easily sleep without any earplugs. So if you need a room to cras
