Clean rooms, staff very helpful, easy to request connecting rooms. Option to check out late was helpful due to our late evening flight.
Recently stayed at the hotel and I had a wonderful stay. The room was a very good size and very clean, room amenities were excellent. I do have a comment was about the bed linen. It was very clean but the quilt and pillows had open ended covers so I found that a little odd and perhaps not very hygienic as its possible to come into contact with the quilt and the pillows without the covers while sle

I actually called to complain about it and they said I had to upgrade to a superior room in order have a Nespresso machine in the room.
