This was our second petit palace stay in Madrid and it was just as amazing as our first one in Sol. If you want to be by all the food and shops this is a great location! The staff was amazing, I do want to shoutout Eric he was extremely helpful in making sure we had a taxi pick us up on time for the airport. They even gave us a wake up call to the room to make sure we were ready to go and that our
Great value for your money and the staff is very friendly/ helpful. Rooms need to be updated with USB ports/ connectors. Location is great, as it is a short walk from the Gran Via, but in a smaller street which needs more lighting for a safer stroll at night.
