Our favorite hotel in Madrid! Not only are the accommodations nice but so are the staff.\n\nWe were fortunate to get their suite and they tout a beautiful bath tub in the middle of the room. They have excellent views.\n\nTheir room service was also better than expected. They have a unique arrangement where it is served in a box and every item is packaged and prepared nicely.\n\nWe will be back!

You are steps away from all the shopping and restaurants on Gran Vía as well as three Metro stops - two less than 5 min away on the same line, the third on a separate line about 8-10 min away. All of central Madrid is within walking distance - P
