Room is very clean and spacious. Amenities are very good, toiletries provided as well as fresh towels and turn down service daily. Key card has been broken and has not been able to be fixed to let us onto our floor the entire trip so have had to exchange it 4 times so far
Really nice hotel in a really great location that was convenient for the work conference I was at. Great and friendly staff. The breakfast that was included with my room was clutch and a great way to start the day. My only complaint was that my room felt like a sauna and I couldn't adjust the temperature. Miguel Angel is a very nice hotel but perhaps not a 5 Star. I would rate it a good 4 Star. Location is excellent, right next to a metro station and in a big square. Construction is old but it has been maintained well. Rooms are big and well furnished though the furniture is quite old.
