Mariano at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay! He was able to put me in a nicer room (I hadn't realized that they had small single rooms and chose a double instead), and even assisted me with printing urgent documents late at night.

The staff at NH Hotel are friendly and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised by the very fair minibar prices. Breakfast was pretty decent with a good variety. However, the bed was extremely hard and not very comfortable, and there was quite a bit of street noise at night, which made it hard to sleep. Great service, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.
