Hoteles Near Santiago Bernabéu Stadium

The Estadio Santiago Bernabéu (capacity 81,000+) sits on the Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid's main north-south boulevard, in the Chamartín district. Metro: Santiago Bernabéu (L10). The stadium has undergone a major renovation completed in 2023 — the new retractable roof and wrap-around facade are architecturally significant even if you're not a football fan.

Getting to the Bernabéu

Metro L10 is the most direct route. From Sol: take L1 to Alonso Martínez, then L10 north to Santiago Bernabéu (4 stops, ~15 min). From Nuevos Ministerios: 2 stops north on L10 (~5 min). From Atocha: L1 to Alonso Martínez, then L10.

Match day Metro warning: Post-match, the Santiago Bernabéu station is overwhelmingly crowded. Strategy: walk 2-3 blocks south to Concha Espina station (also L10) for a less crowded boarding. Or walk 20 min south to Nuevos Ministerios and board there for a guaranteed seat.
